First Gottfried Böhm scholarship holder comes from Italy

Cologne 27th September 2023 - The new Gottfried Böhm Scholarship has its first scholarship holder: the thirty-year-old Italian Ermelinda Di Chiara prevailed against 41 applicants from 23 countries. The jury's decision in favor of the architect with a doctorate, who comes from near Naples, was unanimous.

Cologne 6th September 2023 - In May 2023, the postgraduate scholarship launched by Lord Mayor Henriette Reker for the 100th anniversary of Gottfried Böhm's birthday started for the first time. The well-funded scholarship is intended to give postgraduate architects from all over the world the chance to spend a year developing a creative and visionary urban planning project for Cologne and the region.

Cologne 26th July 2023 - Postgraduate architects can still submit their applications for the Gottfried Böhm Scholarship until 31 August 2023. The scholarship gives the winner the chance to spend a year developing a creative and visionary urban planning project for Cologne and the region.
